No Returns on Food Items As all our products including tisanes, energy bars, granola, and herbal blends are consumable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered. This policy ensures the safety and quality of our products for all customers.

Refunds for Quality Issues If you receive a product with quality issues, damage, or defects, we will provide a full refund or replacement. To process your claim, you must provide an unboxing video showing the condition of the product upon delivery. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at potionpowerbyanjali@gmail.com with your unboxing video.

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before they are shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
